CHECK A SCHOLAR’S PROGRESS

21st Century Scholars have access to ScholarTrack, an online tool that provides them with a personalized account and guides them through the steps to complete the Scholar Success Program. Encourage your Scholars to create and maintain their accounts.

As a counselor, you can use ScholarTrack to track Scholars’ progress and help them achieve their goals. Each school has a school administrator account, and the administrator can create new school user accounts. If you do not know who you school administrator is, contact your Regional Outreach Coordinator.

APPEALS PROCESS

A student, or parent/legal guardian on behalf of the student, that has been denied enrollment or removed from the 21st Century Scholars Program has the right to file an appeal with the Office of 21st Century Scholars.

Counselors should direct students and their parents/guardians to the Appeals section for more information on common exceptions to decisions and a link to begin an appeal through the state website.
