CHECK A STUDENT’S ENROLLMENT STATUS
School counselors, community organizations, students and parents/legal guardians can check whether a student has been accepted into the 21st Century Scholars Program. You will need the student’s date of birth and Social Security Number to check his or her enrollment status. The spelling of the first and last name must match the name given on the initial application.
UPDATE YOUR SCHOLAR ROSTER
If a Scholar is attending your school, but is not assigned to your school in ScholarTrack, or if a Scholar no longer attending your school appears on your roster, you may email a request for student reassignment. You, the student or parent/guardian may also use the Scholar Updates website. In order to use the Scholar Updates website, you must have the student’s name, date of birth and social security number. You may also contact your Outreach Coordinator.
Counselors can also request access to the School Enrollment and Affirmation System (SEAS) to access confidential information about Scholars for the purpose of conducting business related to the 21st Century Scholars Program. Counselors must request a username and password before they can use SEAS.
CHECK A SCHOLAR’S PROGRESS
21st Century Scholars have access to ScholarTrack, an online tool that provides them with a personalized account and guides them through the steps to complete the Scholar Success Program. Encourage your Scholars to create and maintain their accounts.
As a counselor, you can also use ScholarTrack to track Scholars’ progress and help them achieve their goals. Your school may already have a master ScholarTrack account. With a master account, individual accounts for counselors and administrators can be created.
Requesting a master ScholarTrack account is easy!
- Designate a staff member (a principal, counselor or other school administrator) to request the account.
- Visit the ScholarTrack login page.
- Click “New School Account” and submit the requested information.
